Terms

Terms of use

By creating an account you accept these terms. They are deliberately short.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

01The service

Simex pro is a project management simulation platform. Meeting participants are simulated; feedback is generated automatically and, depending on your plan, enriched by a mentor. The service is provided “as is” during the pilot program and may evolve.

02Your account

One account per person, with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. Organisation accounts (Team plan) are administered by the person the organisation designates.

03Acceptable use

No attempts at unauthorised access, automated extraction of content, resale of scenarios, or use of simulated participants to produce unlawful or hateful content. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after notifying you unless there is an emergency.

04Subscriptions and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. Monthly subscriptions renew every month and cancel in one click, with access until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance. During the pilot program, free access may end with thirty days’ notice.

05Your content

Your decisions, messages and deliverables remain yours. You grant us the right to process them to provide the service and to use them in aggregated, anonymised form to improve the scenarios. Simex pro’s scenarios, texts and visuals remain the property of Simex pro.

06Credentials

Credentials and badges reflect decisions made in a simulated environment. They carry a public verification link. They do not constitute a professional certification issued by a third-party body.

07Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us over the last twelve months.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the courts of the district of Montréal. If a clause is found invalid, the others remain in force.
